Ask for honest feedback from your guests, and don't explain away bad food with saying things like 'Yeah, we serve them crispy here.' We left the staff a nice tip because they were friendly and good and not responsible for the food, however we will not recommend you, nor will we come back, unless maybe we are in the mood for nachos. I would say to the cook that you need to taste what you serve before serving it. I know this rating sounds harsh, but it's not meant to be. We ended up taking the large quantity of leftovers with us thinking maybe we could munch bits later, but we ended up dumping it all in a trash can. My husband is a guy who will eat anything, and I mean anything. There were fries on the side, and half a loaf of bread on the plate for, I assume, soaking up that awful sauce. You couldn't taste the ribs at all, just that awful sauce. They were overcooked and immersed in a sea of the worst barbecue sauce I've ever tasted. The steak was average and I ate most of it. When I order 'potato' I expect it to taste like potato. There was zero potato flavor, they tasted awful. The mashed potatoes, in my opinion, came right from a box, were thickened with flour or cornstarch, had some flakes of maybe parsley thrown on, and were also inedible. If you want crisp you should steam/saute until al dente, so that they are edible. The rib-eye came with mashed potatoes and green beans. with the rib-eye which was also really good. The nachos were great, and if I went back I would go only for the nachos. I ordered the rib-eye steak, my husband ordered the ribs, and we had the nachos as an appetizer.
